What helps us help you faster
When you write in, include as much of the following as you can:
- Your in-game display name (the one other players see)
- Which platform you're playing on (iOS, Android, Steam, web)
- App version and build number - in the mobile app: Settings → About → Build, in the web client: bottom-right corner
- A clear description of what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened
- Screenshots or screen recordings if visible
- If the issue is reproducible, the exact steps to reproduce it
Common categories
Bug report
Crash, visual glitch, wrong number on a screen, action that doesn't behave like the docs describe. Subject line: "Bug:" + a one-line summary. Include the build number.
Account problem
Can't sign in, lost progress after a device change, account locked or suspended. Subject line: "Account:" + your display name. We may ask you to verify the email tied to your Google sign-in so we know we're talking to the right person.
Privacy / GDPR / CCPA request
Data access, correction, portability, or deletion requests. Subject line: "Privacy:" + the type of request. Please send from the email address tied to your VoidCraft account so we can verify you. Details on what we collect and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
Abuse / harassment report
Another player is harassing you, posting offensive content, cheating, or impersonating you. Subject line: "Report:" + the other player's display name. Include screenshots if possible. We review every report.
Press / business
Interviews, partnerships, or collaboration enquiries. Use the same email; we'll route appropriately.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a Google account you've lost access to. Contact Google directly for that.
- Refunds for App Store / Play Store purchases (currently none exist, but when they do, refund requests go to Apple or Google).
- Restoring a deleted account. Account deletion is permanent.
- Reversing bans for confirmed violations of our Terms of Service. Appeals are reviewed but not all are granted.
