Common categories

Bug report

Crash, visual glitch, wrong number on a screen, action that doesn't behave like the docs describe. Subject line: "Bug:" + a one-line summary. Include the build number.

Account problem

Can't sign in, lost progress after a device change, account locked or suspended. Subject line: "Account:" + your display name. We may ask you to verify the email tied to your Google sign-in so we know we're talking to the right person.

Privacy / GDPR / CCPA request

Data access, correction, portability, or deletion requests. Subject line: "Privacy:" + the type of request. Please send from the email address tied to your VoidCraft account so we can verify you. Details on what we collect and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

Abuse / harassment report

Another player is harassing you, posting offensive content, cheating, or impersonating you. Subject line: "Report:" + the other player's display name. Include screenshots if possible. We review every report.
