Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your VoidCraft account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly what happens, what gets removed, and how to request it.
VoidCraft is operated by Hanamori Labs, LLC. The full privacy policy lives at voidcraftgame.com/privacy; this page focuses specifically on the deletion process required by Google Play's data-deletion policy.
Deletion is final. Once your account is deleted, your empire, ships, planets, battle history, messages, and alliance memberships cannot be restored. Make sure that's what you want before you submit a request.
How to request deletion
Step 1
Email us
Send a message to [email protected] from the email address associated with your VoidCraft account (the email tied to the Google account you sign in with).
Step 2
Use the subject line: "Account deletion request"
This routes the message to the deletion queue. Include in the body:
- Your in-game display name (what other players see)
- Your Google account email (the sign-in email)
- A brief statement confirming you want the account permanently deleted
Step 3
Confirmation
We respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt and verify the request. We may ask a single follow-up to confirm ownership of the email address (e.g., reply to a verification message).
Step 4
Deletion
Once verified, we delete your account within 30 days. We email you when the deletion completes. After that point your data is gone and recovery is not possible.

What we keep, and why

If you also want to remove the app
Account deletion (via this page) removes data on our servers. It does not uninstall the VoidCraft app from your phone or remove cached data on your device. To do that:
- iOS: long-press the VoidCraft icon → Remove App → Delete App.
- Android: long-press the VoidCraft icon → Uninstall.
- Web / Steam: clear site data in your browser's settings, or uninstall from Steam library.
